  1. Services Provided Gold Standard Constructions LLC offers construction services, including but not limited to sheetrock, taping, painting, epoxy, trimming, cabinets, and LVT flooring. The scope of work, pricing, and timelines are determined based on individual contracts.

  2. Estimates and Payments Free estimates may be provided upon request. A written contract or agreement is required before the commencement of any project. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  3. Project Timelines Estimated project completion times are provided based on standard conditions. Delays due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen site conditions are not the responsibility of Gold Standard Constructions LLC.
 
  4. Client Responsibilities The client must ensure access to the property for scheduled work. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
 
  5. Warranties and Liability Gold Standard Constructions LLC provides a limited warranty on workmanship. Warranty terms will be outlined in individual contracts. We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors, misuse, or third-party contractors.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be requested in writing. Any deposits made are subject to refund policies stated in the contract. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Gold Standard Constructions LLC and depend on the stage of project completion.

  7. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued in accordance with New Jersey state laws.

  8. Privacy Policy Client information will be kept confidential and used only for project-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

  9. Modifications to Terms Gold Standard Constructions LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
